Siemens Digital Industries Software社は2023年5月15日、同社製電子機器向け熱流体解析ソフトウェアの最新版となる「Simcenter Flotherm 2304」ならびに「Simcenter Flotherm XT 2304」をリリースした。Simcenter Flotherm 2304では、MCAD Bridgeの機能が強化され、熱流体解析を行うためのCAD操作の迅速化と容易化が実現したほか、ボクセル化の速度がさらに向上し、所要時間が数時間から数分に短縮されている。一方、「Simcenter Flotherm XT 2304」では、Standalone Thermal Territory機能が導入され、コンポーネントの領域を選択して忠実な熱モデリングができるようになった。
